By accessing or using jobcareer24 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including free users and subscribers of our Pro plan.

2. Description of Service

jobcareer24 provides the following services:

• Job Search Aggregation: Search across LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor simultaneously
• Job Saving: Save and organize job listings for future reference
• ATS Resume Checker: AI-powered resume analysis for Applicant Tracking System compatibility
• AI Interview Prep: Personalized interview preparation based on specific job descriptions
• AI Studio: Advanced AI career coaching with Job Deep Dive and Career Coach modes

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using email/password or through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

4.1 Plan Types

• Free Plan: Limited features including 5 search credits per month, 50 fetched jobs per month, 3 shared AI runs, and up to 10 saved jobs
• Pro Plan ($5/month): Our comprehensive tier including 10 search credits per month, 500 fetched jobs per month, 100 shared AI runs, and unlimited saved jobs

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.3 Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers
• No refunds for partial months or unused features

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for one billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access our services
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users or our support team
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality on jobcareer24, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any resumes, job descriptions, or other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it solely for providing our services.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated interview prep materials, career roadmaps, and insights are provided for your personal use only. You may not redistribute or resell this content.

7. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including:

• Job Portals: LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor (via Apify APIs)
• Authentication: Google OAuth
• Payment Processing: Dodo Payments
• AI Services: Google Gemini AI

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8.2 Job Listings Accuracy

Job listings are aggregated from third-party sources. We do not verify the accuracy, legitimacy, or availability of job postings. Always verify opportunities directly with employers.

8.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated interview prep, career advice, and resume analysis are provided as guidance only. We do not guarantee job placement, interview success, or career advancement.

8.4 "AS IS" Basis

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, jobcareer24 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from third-party job listings or services
• Damages from unauthorized access to your account
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless jobcareer24, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.
